Oh, what a gorgeous large teapot! I love watching the tea steep, getting darker a little bit at a time. The holder for the tea leaves is really roomy, so the tea leaves just float around inside it, letting it steep really well and is also very good at keeping even the small leaves in, so you get a clear, beautiful tea with no bits floating in it. It is sturdier than it looks, too. The size is small, maybe 2 cups of tea at a time. I've started to use it to make cold brewed coffee too, and that is really fun! Here's a photo when I used it to make myself a hot toddy when I was sick and I felt a lot better!

So absolutely lovely, terrific quality and it arrived very quickly. I was so impressed that I purchased three of them, giving one to my best friend, who is a newcomer to drinking hot tea, as he drinks it to soothe anxiety. He was really impressed with it and loves his new teapot. Perfect size if you want just a couple of cups of tea, and it works equally well if you are using the bagged variety of tea rather than placing tea leaves in the diffuser. I mean, in case you have teabags you would like to use instead of tea leaves. Just place the bag directly into the boiled water to steep. So very worth the small amount of money charged for this very charming and most usable little gift for yourself or somebody else.
