I've been using it non stop since I bought it about a month ago.
I use either loose tea or in bags, both are suitable. I like cold tea during the day, so always in use. very easy to clean also.

The handle doesn't get hot, even though the water is at a full boil. You never need a hot pad to remove this from the heat. I love that!
