This is a beautiful pitcher. You don't have to take off the lid to pour and as long as you pour sort of slowly the flow is ok even for smaller glasses. It seals very well. The glass is thin but not fragile. Fits perfectly in fridge door. Very functional. We got 2 and are glad. Pour slowly or the stream is wide and exceeds the width of your glass. Otherwise I’d give it a 5 star.

This is a great carafe - I use it to make iced tea (using bags). I use a clear Pyrex pitcher to heat the filtered water in the microwave, pour the water into the pitcher and drop in the tea bags.
I like that it doesn't have a handle and is so light weight. Very easy to lift in and out of the fridge, and attractive as well. The only issue is once you tip it to pour and bring it back up, a little tea remains on top of the lid. Very little, but I imagine over time it might stain the top of the lid but that is not a big enough issue to give this less than 5 stars. The opening is narrow, so I use a fork to gently remove the tea bags. Again, not a biggie since the narrow opening is part of what makes this so easy to grip and so stylish.

I bought this item for ice tea and loved the size, not too heavy. After three months of use, it broke on the bottom and a piece of glass came off, rendering it useless. I had to throw it away. I am very disappointed that I shall have to purchase another pitcher halfway through the summer. Bummer.

This pitcher was just what I wanted including a cover, spout and handle plus it is light enough full of iced tea that I can easily handle it. I like it so well I ordered a second one and received that yesterday. The seller kept me up-to-date as to when the pitchers would arrive and they arrived quickly! Wonderful transaction and product at a reasonable price.

Loved this for the few months that I had it. It was supposed to be able to endure temperature changes and direct heat. So I used it to make tea. (My husband likes fresh tea pretty much every day.) And it worked beautifully until last week when I opened my fridge to discover that there was a crack across the bottom of my pitcher and tea was leaking into the shelf. I was very disappointed as I had discarded all my other tea pitchers and now have nothing to serve tea out of.

I love the look of this pitcher. it is simple and functional but lovely to look at. It worked perfectly, I keep ice tea in the fridge in it.
Also, the first I received had a minor flaw, functional still but a very visible bubble, and they took care of it right away.
Addition: I used it for Thanksgiving for a NE sangria and it was the perfect container, those who didn't want the fruit could easily pour with the cap on and those who did could put the top off to pour.

I think the design is great, it is glass so you do need to be careful, but it is durable and a little thicker. I can also keep this in the door or the refrigerator and use it mostly for iced tea. I boil my tea, steep in another tea kettle and let it cool down a little before pouring it directly into the glass. Leave the top off and leave out on the counter to cool a bit before placing the top on. (The rubber in the top may warp if it comes into contact with too hot of water) I have been using it for months and works great, looks good too.

Well made, excellent ergonomics, attractive, and I like that the lid can remain on when pouring. We fill it with water about an inch from the top and then add a mix of Celestial brand tea bags: 2 x Country Peach Passion, 2 x Lemon Zinger, 3 x Cinnamon Apple Spice. The tea gets well chilled with its glass construction. Fits nicely on one of our shelves in the refrigerator and accessing it with its large handle makes it easy to retrieve without fear of dropping it. Highly recommend this pitcher.

I love this pitcher! I've been using it to make sure that I drink enough water during the day.
I have started infusing water with fresh fruit and the mesh and wire strainer are great for keeping the fruit bits from pouring into my glass. The pitcher is glass and feels sturdy...even though it also feels a little dainty. The lid fits well and does not leak. If something happens to the one I have I will definitely buy another!

Although I really liked the clean glass pitcher and the overall appearance, we returned this because the spout doesn't pour cleanly. Anytime you'd pour something and then tip the pitcher back to vertical, a considerable amount of liquid would dribble down the front side of the pitcher. the spout didn't cleanly break the flow when you tipped it back. Very annoying!
