I and my family have been drinking green tea for many years, but this Chinese Biluochun is my favorite, and just only brewing for two minutes can have a very perfect taste.

The water temperature for brewing green tea can not be too high, it will destroy the nutrients and flavor of tea. I brew it for about 1-2 minutes with water at 80 degrees Celsius.
