Looks fragile like any glassware but when being careful it's perfect. Love the shape. Also it makes 2 1/2 big mugs of tea! Very convenient! Don't fill it up completely it spills. Great for a couple!

Very good service from the company with speedy delivery. Very nice that they contact you personally to keep you informed. This product was very good value for money and good quality. The lid is a little loose but still fits OK and the tea stays very hot in the pot. We love it!

This product is brilliant because you can use both teabags and tea leaves... The only dislike I have is that it was smaller that I expected but maybe I didn't read the description properly

The teapot is absolutely fit for purpose, even though the glass is thin, it's strong enough and with proper care it should last for a while
